No matter
How big you are,
How many branches you have,
How extraordinary your revenue,
How many workers you have,
If your workers being paid under minimum wage,
If you don’t care with their welfare,
If they work overtime an inhumane schedule,
If They are working uninspired,
As you boast your annual profit,
Opening of another branch,
I’ll just give my best smile.

what companies are you referring to ? can you mention the name ? or just the type ?
ReplyDeleteSome government-type, or local companies usually give a big salary with a low-exposure kind of job. Seem your point of view of companies really need a little change (kidding :D)
ps : I work in a multinational company that give me a just-enough salary, a not-too-much-but-not-easy kind of job, and sometimes-overtime work schedule.. quite similar to your 'companies'.. hehe..
Just had the chance to visit some companies' workshop, and quite don't like with what i see.
